The Yuki-onna were a group of Capecchi native to Shiloh.
The founding members of the Yuki-onna adapted their bodies for the cold climate of Shiloh, increasing their body fat, epidremis thickness and inclusion of antifreeze protein in their bloodstream, allowing them to survive subzero temperatures. The Yuki-onna were also a matriarchial group who believed that equal gender ratios (predominately a large number of men competing for mates) was the root of many of societies problems. To compensate the Yuki-onna increased the likelihood of male births in reproduction, around 3:1.
Named for the Japanese snow spirit, the Yuki-onna.
